1. Eligibility for Returns You may return a product within 30 days of the purchase date if it meets the following criteria:
  • The product is in new, unused condition
  • The product is in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included
  • The product was not customized or personalized in any way
  • The product was not on clearance or marked as final sale at the time of purchase

2. Process for Returning a Product To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

5. Damaged or Defective Products –  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
