At DoctorsHaat BD, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and customer-centric, ensuring a smooth experience in the rare event of product issues.

Valid Reasons for Return

You may initiate a return if:

• Damaged or Defective Product: The item is physically damaged or defective upon delivery.

• Incorrect or Incomplete Product: The delivered product differs from the one displayed on our website or is missing parts.

Note: Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted. Please ensure the product meets your requirements before purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

1. Unused and Unworn: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to check fit, but should still be considered unworn.

2. Original Packaging: The product must include original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.

3. Undamaged Packaging: The product should be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

Note: If a product is returned in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Return Process

If your product meets the above conditions:

2. Await Instructions: Our team will guide you through the return process, including how and where to send the product.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved after quality control (which takes 2 working days), refunds will be processed based on your original payment method. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

Important Note: The voucher discount code can only be applied once. Any leftover amount will not be refunded or used for the next purchase, even if the order value is smaller than the voucher value.
